Malaysia 🇲🇾

We've stayed for 4 nights and overall experience is very happy and comfortable. Definitely will be on our short list

Pros: One of the best hotel to stay if u want to atay in the shopping area..and an area to experience nightlife. Hotel was very clean,staffs were very nice and price was good too

Pros: The location is perfect for shopping. The shops are downstairs of the hotel. The platinum mall is across the road. The room is clean and cozy. The staffs are very helpful especially Myanmar Staffs. The breakast is good. I will definitely come back to this place.

Cons: The floor in the bathroom is a bit slippery for kid. If the hotel has the hand shower spray in the bathroom, that would be more comfortable for kid.

Pros: I liked its location. Room was comfortable and breakfast was different each of the three mornings. Staff were great. Jacuzzi was very relaxing and you didn't have long to wait for the lift. location is definitely amongst the shopping bonanza which I didn't care for but I did like there was a khlong very close by which meant some quiet from the noise of Bangkok!

Cons: Slight smell from the air-conditioning, but I'm guessing that's because of its low ceilings.

Pros: The location is superb! What i love the most is their bed is super super big and comfy! Though the breakfast selections was simple but thats ok. Thanks Arck hotel for the hospitality.

Highly recommended for shoppers!

Pros: Location is amazing, right in the middle of shopping centers, breakfast was delicious. We also got a free coffee/tea at the reception. I booked the hotel so my family and I can easily shop and go back to the hotel whenever we're tired - Arck hotel was perfect for that. Tips: try not to arrive during Bangkok traffic hours (5 to 7pm). Traffic was very bad, we had to stop at the main road and walked to the hotel with our luggage

Cons: Actually everything was great. There's only one thing that bothers me, the damp smell in the room.
