Location is important than the other things because minimuze travel time

Pros: Breakfast, and location is excellence. And room view, and room interio is very nice and convenient. staff is attentive quickly and helpful. pool area is so nice.

Cons: Hotel entrance is not convenient for the guest welcome. Bathroom not clean, and shower broken and only hand shower in shawer room. single bed fully damage after the request in night they will arrange additional mattress for instead.

5th Stay and still loving you ....

Pros: Location is perfect even though there's MRT construction site right infront (but the noise level was minimum), comfortable beds, hot shower, breakfast was plentiful, the views of Pratunam are spectacular, and the staff at the reception, especially receptionist K. Chamling. they collect 2000 THB room deposit upon check-in. The only thing is that even though there is a kitchenette in our Junior Suite, there are no plates or cutlery provided.

Good place to stay if shopping in Pratunam.

Pros: The property is getting old now and needs some renovation, but for the best of it it was comfortable and clean. The maintenance staff and house keepers were outstanding. Staff at the desk were always helpful. I would stay there again.

Cons: Needs a little bit of renovations to make more modern . Netflix on Tv would also be better than local channels.

Pros: The location is very good! Room is spacious. Buffet breakfast is good.

Location near Platinum Mall & walking distance to Centtalworld.

Pros: I love the location. However with the ongoing road construction it caused a bit of a jam. The room is spacious. The staff are helpful & friendly especially the tall lady with glasses af breakfast.

Cons: The room is too dim. The carpets are looking worn. Wish they just remove them.

Pros: huge room for a family of 5. there is a dining table which is perfect for us to order in dinner. staff was great, someone immediately cleared trash after we left it outside our room. if you like to shop, the famous clothing store 'december' is right below at level 1 and a 24 hour burger king is also at the same place. massage place available at level 1 too! Quiet room although close to main street, maybe because we got a room at level 23. the facilities might look a bit old but its clean and well maintained
