Great location, friendly staff, good value for money.

Pros: Service at breakfast was great. Staff friendliness and helpfulness exceptional.

Good value of money

Pros: Rooftop with pool and 360 view Value for money, staff collaboration We also spend New Year’s party here and it was very nice. Good view to Iconsiam fireworks.

Cons: At 8th floor the balcony (no other windows) did not open. I have claustrophobia and I couldn’t stay with the door closed. If we would have known this, we wouldn’t have booked here. We read this in the reviews but we thought it is for the higher levels which would’ve make sense. Still would have liked to be informed about it prior.

Cons: You are not allowed to open doors into the balcony in your room

Cons: The bathroom has very slippery floor tiles. I couldn't access my balcony.

Pros: - rooftop area with pool and bar - great location in Silom - large room - water temperature and bath - quiet hotel

Cons: - Told me I hadn't paid when checking in, I had. Was asked how I'd like to pay until I showed them my confirmation. - Taxi / Tuktuk right outside charging above grab/ bolt rates. Don't use.

I had a great stay at Furama. All the staff were inviting and very well mannered. I would definitely stay here again. Ha

Pros: The staff were very helpful and kind, They were professional throughout my whole stay and were more than willing to give advice on local areas and activities. Not to mention ways of being cost efficient with travel options as well. Very impressed.

Cons: I didn’t have any issues with the property and is worth the stay.
