Amazing

Pros: My second stay here now and staff are always helpful, really good location in the heart of everything. Roof top bar which is really lovely. Would always be the place I stay at when I’m in Bangkok

More than adequate and very well located small guesthouse.

Pros: Excellent location close to Mahanakhon Tower and Chong Nonsi station. Great value for money, more than adequate for what you pay for. I would stay here again. I was in room 301 one story above the laundry which came in handy.

Cons: The hard bed took a night or two to get use to and the smell from the bathroom was managed through good AC and an air humidifier. To enhance the rooms, maybe update the coffee kettle to a modern coffee pod dispenser.

convenient and clean

Pros: convenient location, easy check in and check out process. Good if you’re just using it as a place to sleep

Cons: Beds were quite hard, no window in the room and a horrible smell coming from the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable and central enough to travel anywhere

Pros: Room was cleaned every day and were very comfortable in the room except that the bed was a little on the harder side for me

Cons: We are not happy with the breakfast . it is very less. Cleanliness only day of arrival it was very good , rest of the stay no cleanliness done by the hotel

Pros: The Staff very pleasant, except the lady working in the front desk, morning shift she can be a bit rude, her English is basic, she gets frustrated very easily. Need training very bad. I want mention name. I think the owner will know, who she is. I hardly ever make complaints re Staff, but I was very up set with the way i was treated twice. Not right.

Cons: My only problem was the bed, way to hard. The local tv doesn't work, only YouTube and Netflix.

Pros: Aircon and bathroom nice, comfy beds and fresh cooked breakfast. Rooftop bar. Coin washing machine.

Cons: No pool table. The ‘common area’ is just a junk room with stuff covering the pool table and coin laundry. Renovations loud in next building

Pros: It is located at prime location. Very clean, good vibes. Highly recommended.
