Wonderful to receive the excellent services.

Pros: Check in and out were handled very fast. Front desk staffs were very friendly and professional. Room was very well furnished and equipped. It was spacious and clean.

Cons: Nothing.

Exceptional service and warm reception

Pros: I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay at the hotel. The staff demonstrated outstanding attentiveness and went far beyond the call of duty. Upon a last‑minute request, they arranged a delightful birthday cake that surprised my 10‑year‑old daughter and made her celebration truly memorable. The property itself was impeccably clean, meticulously maintained, and exuded a warm, homely atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease — it truly felt like a second home.

Cons: The only shortcoming was the breakfast selection, which was rather limited and lacked variety.

Highly r hotel, especially if you have a small dog. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Pros: Staff were fantastic. We stayed here twice and we were welcomed back. Very pet friendly and accommodating hotel and staff. Great facilities, great location. Sauna and onsen were always clean and hygenic.

Cons: Breakfast did not have any variety, however Coffee Club provided further options.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel—its central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. The suite was spacious and felt just like a home away from home, equipped with a full kitchen for cooking and even a washer/dryer for laundry, which was perfect for our needs. The staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and truly 10/10 in every way. Breakfast was just okay for us, but I loved the 24/7 coffee machine offering a variety of drinks whenever we wanted. I also joined the social evenings twice, which included free drinks and snacks—it was a highlight, and my husband and I had a wonderful time mingling.

Cons: The only reason I didn’t give it a full 10/10 was the lack of smart TVs in the rooms. One of the main reasons we chose this property was its apartment-style amenities, as we planned to spend plenty of time relaxing in the suite during our trip to Thailand. Watching Netflix or streaming movies was a big part of that downtime (our previous hotel on this trip had smart TVs with built-in Netflix). My husband brought a streaming device, and the staff went above and beyond by providing a private Wi-Fi connection to help us set it up. Unfortunately, the internet speed was quite poor, so we couldn’t stream anything reliably—which was disappointing since our holiday was meant to balance sightseeing with cozy evenings in.

Overall decent stay.

Pros: Spacious room equipped offering great comfort. The staff were thoughtful and assisted in bringing our luggage right to our room door. Great location with Tops supermarket opposite. Walking distance from Thong Lor station.

Cons: The washing machine is down and not able to use. The staff try to fix but still not able to as the bubbles are a lot till outflow to the room. If have baby stroller, need to carry down from Thong Lor station as the exit does not have lifts. Traffic jam during peak hours.

Home away from home

Pros: Great to have a washing machine and little kitchen, nice view, comfortable bed and shower.

Cons: There was no Netflix or smart view on the TV
