Cozy vibes and welcoming people

Pros: Good vibes, cleanliness, and cozy common area Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very welcoming

Cons: Location could be better. It was good, though. Good enough that I plan to rebook it without a second thought. Plus, I was relying on bolt motorcycles, so it wasnt a big deal

Fantastic stay in Bangkok would definitely book again

Pros: Fantastic location and within walking distance of Khao san road. Staff at reception were lovely, helpful and pleasant. Tea coffee and biscuits available throughout day and night and good choice of breakfast. Room was also good and bed really comfy.

Cons: Bathroom was small and sink separate to the main bathroom

Pros: The location was very close to the Grand Palace and the reclining Buddha. Staff were very friendly and worked hard.

Cons: All rooms don't have a fridge

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Saran Poshtel. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. I also really appreciated the location, as the hotel is close to the most important attractions, making it easy and convenient to explore the area. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t really like was the number of towels provided. It would be better if the hotel offered two towels per person instead of just one.

This will now be our go to Hotel in Bangkok

Pros: Couldn't fault anything...Room, Location, Breakfast, Comfort and above all the helpfulness of the staff all 10 out of 10... will definitely return.

Pros: Clean hotel tucked away from main area not far from places of interest and river for boat transport

Pros: It was my third time here and I definitely will come back. I forgot my ring on the room and they kept it 🥰!

Cons: This time my room had a smell of humidity not common in my last time. It was perfectly clean, I believe that is a problem of the humidity in Thailand.

Pros: We are a couple and enjoyed both the location, the room, the utilities, the included breakfast and free water at all times. Everything worked perfectly for us, besides the breakfast staff that disappointed us. Unfortunately they don’t speak English and we couldn’t communicate easily, and they couldn’t accommodate allergies requests.

Cons: When asked if the eggs for breakfast could be oil free and onion free due to an allergic sensitivity, it was denied.

Cozy, cheap, clean, very kind service

Pros: Staff was just the most kind people i’ve ever meet. They even made us a travel-packet with sandwiches, chips and juice because we left early in the morning and they didnt want to send us without a breakfast. Hardly recommend them!
