Would stay again, good location and value for money

Pros: Lots of building work outside but our room was well away from it and it didn’t impact. Very clean and staff so helpful. Elevator was quick and smooth. Balcony a little small but too hot to sit out for long anyway!!

Cons: Air con was a little noisy but it worked just fine - and we definitely needed it!

Pros: Had a great stay at Casa Nithra Hotel in Bangkok. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. I appreciated the complimentary fruit, cake, water, and coffee. The pool was convenient, and the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and very hospitable. I would gladly stay here again.

Clean, calm and misunderstandings

Pros: Clean, reception snacks and drinks always well stocked, bellboy was very kind and helpful

Cons: A few members of staff weren’t very helpful and it made our stay a little dimmed. When we had misunderstood that our 2 rooms booked for 4 people only one room had breakfast so we asked whether we could have breakfast all four of us on one day and then we would go out for breakfast on another day the first member of staff said that would be okay, then the day we went to have breakfast they said no it’s not possible and charged us 800 baht. This made our good experience of the hotel not as good.

Pros: Casa Nithra has been my go to Bangkok stay for the last 3 years when travelling in & out. Staff are so attentive, rooms super cosy & help on tap if needed. Total gem in busy city

Cons: Beers are a little expensive by the pool. That’s it

Pros: Great staff, modern look and nice room. The pool is small but nice, and the bar staff were good also.

Cons: Surrounding area has alot of construction, but the hotel can't be blamed for that. I have nothing bad to say, lovely hotel great staff.

Pros: The staff was super welcoming and helpful, available 24/7. It was great to be able to speak English without any issues, and they even had a laundry service at reception. The location was awesome, with tons of shops, massage places, travel info, historical sites, and cozy restaurants nearby. Plus, it was super convenient for hitting up the local nightlife, like Khaosan Road.

Cons: The only thing I'd say is that the rooftop pool had this weird film on the water, making it look kinda dirty (like it wasn't treated with chlorine or disinfected). My friend wouldn't swim in it, but I'm braver since I've been in worse places. Plus, there's road work all around the hotel, but that's not their fault.

Great for a quick stop in Bangkok

Pros: A fantastic surprise bang in the centre of the chaos mere streets from Kao San Road. Well located for Boonsiri! Which was our reason for stopping here - we can confirm it was less than a 10 min walk. The hotel was really clean, extremely well presented, all the staff were as nice and as helpful as one could hope for. Thanks everybody both front and back of house. We didn’t use any facilities aside from the room, so we can’t comment but look forward to trying it all out next time we stay. Particularly noteworthy was the bathroom in the suites - a really nice surprise.

Cons: None. The hotel did exactly what we needed it to.

Pros: We loved our stay here! The rooms were lovely, the staff were great and we thought the breakfast was good too.

Cons: Nothing. I was worried about construction noise after reading other reviews but it was fine. Obviously the streets around the hotel are dug up but I wouldn’t put people off staying there for that reason alone.

Nice hotel, comfy bed, lovely roof top pool.

Pros: Lovely staff, comfy bed and good breakfast. Room very quiet.

Cons: The hotel surroundings aren’t nice construction everywhere. However only a short walk to Khaosan road and other good streets to eat in.

Pros: Great service and very clean rooms. The hotel is located in old town, you can walk quite easily to interesting sights. We also made use of the rooftop pool which offers a beautiful view over Bangkok.

Cons: We had no complaints.
