Pros: We had a really nice couple of days staying at this hotel. Great indoor pool Highly recommended

Cons: Slight criticism.. the seating in the reception lounge would benefit from an upgrade otherwise all was perfect

Great location and great hotel

Pros: Great staff and great room. Got everything you need and I loved the free minibar that was refilled every day.

Cons: Not really that much. But the walls are not that thick/sound proof. I could hear the neighbor had a screaming kid, but luckily it didn’t disturb my sleep.

Pros: Excellent location next to Lumphini Park, One Bangkok Mall, and the metro station. Friendly staff and a wide, varied breakfast selection. We appreciated the room upgrade and the easy luggage storage after check-out. The room also included an iron and a free, well-stocked minibar, which was very convenient.

Cons: The hotel and room design are somewhat dated, but they offer good value for money. A cash deposit is required upon arrival, so it is good to be prepared with some cash.

Comfortable and Convenient Hotel

Pros: Location very near Lumpini BTS and the One World mall with all conveniences. Also easy to get to Sukhumvit or Silom / National Stadium. Rooms very spacious and well appointed. Staff friendly and polite.

Cons: Bigger cups in the rooms. Asked the staff if possible to borrow from the restaurant but they said no.

Fabulous afternoon tea! Quality exceptional

Pros: The standard of hotel was excellent, from the room (suite) to the staff and facilities

Cons: Location was busy, but no traffic noise in room, just hard/impossible to cross the road. Little bit of a walk to get across but once where found where the overpasses were was ok
