I will most probably book this hotel the next time i’m in Bangkok.

Pros: Everything was amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful, already miss the place. The breakfast is a ten out of ten. The outdoors areas are beautiful and convenient. The room was perfect, clean and all the utilities needed was present. I highly recommend.

Pros: Sited on riverside, 5mins walk from IconSiam and the ferries. Superb room with 2 sided views of river, onsite shop/bar/spa/ATM onsite, small apartment with kitchen facilities. Staff helpful and professional. We were sorry we were there only one night…..

Pros: Proximity to Icon Siam& River. Friendly staff could not be more helpful. Cosy room, comfy bed & room was well stocked.

Cons: Guests who swam in pool after 10.30, late night parties & general noise & screaming in pool area made it hard for others without children to enjoy, understand it’s not hotels fault though. . Needs refurb in lots of areas. Non smoking hotel on balconies some people disregarded this policy.

Fabulous - stayed 9 nights it was that good.

Pros: Third stay in a UHG hotel and this one is my favourite. Love the location, view from our room was incredible, loved watching the river boats go by at night from the balcony. We stayed in a superior river view room. Well worth it. Hotel grounds are full of lush plants and flowers, pool area big and lots of beds and tucked away places to lie or read. Sunny in lots of areas to sunbathe. Staff were great, love the barman he makes amazing cocktails 🍹 Spa on site has excellent value for money treatments. Easy access to Icon Siam and the river boats. Fabulous cheap Thai restaurant nearby road called Amra and a stunning Temple. We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday here and they provided a lovely cake and card. Thank you, we really loved it here. We extended our stay to 8 nights in total. I would definitely return. Highly recommend

Cons: Only little thing the breakfast could be better. They get very busy but need to replace things like fruit and some other dishes more frequently.

Relaxing an comfortable

Pros: The views of the river ..the staff ..the pool..the beauty & massage centre …I was not happy with my room but the staff moved me efficiently the next day to a much better room and view

Cons: The first room I was given ..the space in front of balcony and view was awful …this could be made better by cleaning and painting the space and putting some plants on it ..also clearing up the workman’s mess below the balcony

By the river

Pros: Friendly approachable staff. Lovely view of river - i would recommend getting a river view if possible. Room and facilities were excellent.

Cons: Although it was a lovely location, there were not many local restaurants open in the evening

Great relaxing vacation in the middle of Bangkok

Pros: It is offering a green oasis, with a nice pool in the middle of a very hectic city. It has a “secret door” leading very easily to the nearby shopping mall Siam Iconic. Next to the shopping mall is the ferry where you can get an all directions. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you very much 🙏 you made a great contribute for us having a wonderful holiday🙏🙏🙏🙏

Cons: The day beds at the pool should be cleaned more often. Also there should be a sign that children should not be in the pool unattended. I saw that many times and felt always uneasy because the pool and children is always containing a part of risk.

This is my first time in Bangkok and we both enjoyed our stay. Natcha enjoyed it very much.

Pros: The location was very good, the room was not quite excellent tiling in the bathrooms possibly need an upgrade and the carpet in the hallway.

Cons: Overlooking the pool was pleasing the food in the restaurant was good. Eating outdoors was an issue due to mosquitoes.

Pros: Staff very good, Room very clean The best hotel in bangkok for me !
