Spacious rooms and riverfront location

Pros: A very nice stay with an excellent location by the river. The rooms were spacious with a large bathroom, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The hotel’s facilities and overall comfort made it a very convenient base for exploring Bangkok.

Cons: Fresh orange juice at breakfast would make it a 10.

Pros: I had a really great stay at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok. The staff were genuinely helpful from start to finishalways present, quick to respond, and making sure everything was smooth. A special thank you to Pan (P-A-N) Thiti . He was honestly amazing. He helped prepare my birthday and went above and beyond in every way. Always kind, attentive, and truly caring. The way he handled things made me feel looked after, and it’s exactly because of people like him that you want to come back to the same hotel. When I’m back in Bangkok, I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you Pan, and thank you to the whole team for making the experience so easy and memorable.

Another happy stay in Millenium Hiton.

Pros: A lovely welcoming hotel in a great location. Staff were amazing. Friendly.Smiling & so helpful. A very comfortable room with a view of the river. So close to IconSiam huge shopping centre

Cons: If anything just maybe the shower could be better. The water temperature varied.

A Treat At The End Of Each Trip

Pros: 3rd time staying here on our last night in Bangkok each trip as a little treat. Absolutely fantastic hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the beds feel like sleeping on clouds, the view down the river is excellent, the gym is very well equipped, there’s a free boat to take you across the river, a great rooftop bar with awesome 360 degree views, the pool area is lovely and the breakfast…. Oh my god the breakfast. I joke not when I say it’s an event! Allow at least an hour and half 😂 It’s a huge room with veranda and you have every possible breakfast option you can imagine with chefs cooking fresh stuff to order too. It really is the best breakfast you will ever have. Obviously not cheap for Thailand (but cheap for the UK) and well worth it as a treat. Right next door to ICONSIAM mall which we go to for their immense food hall for dinner.

Cons: Nothing, it’s all great.

Pros: Overall, this is a big, modern, well-maintained hotel. The interiors feel fresh and clean, not worn out. The bed was very comfortable. The view and location are excellent. The gym is genuinely impressive — large, well-equipped, with Technogym machines. The pool area is also great.

Cons: However, I had a very strange experience during check-in. The reception asked for a 17,000 baht deposit. I was fine with that, but they couldn’t accept Apple Pay, and at that moment I didn’t have a physical card or cash with me. The receptionist’s attitude immediately changed, and I was told they would have to remove the entire minibar. An employee literally emptied it in front of me. I didn’t really need the minibar, but the move felt weird and a bit like a lack of trust. No problem — I just bought everything at 7-Eleven instead. Another inconvenience: payment terminals in the hotel seem to have a 1,500 baht limit for Apple Pay. In the restaurant and laundry, I had to split payments into multiple transactions, which is not very convenient for a hotel of this level.
