Pros: Everything about this hotel is actually as advertised. Great location Friendly and helpful staff Clean and quiet If you are spending a few nights in Bangkok this is all you need. I will stay here again.

Cons: If I'm being picky, the lighting in my room was a bit dim. But nothing to complain about.

Pros: The location is central and conveniently placed for everything, and very peaceful and quiet. The stuff was friendly and helpful for our needs. No question where we are going to stay on our next visit to Bangkok.

Nice stay but rooms showed signs of wear and tear.

Pros: A very good location. Located near to BTS and terminal 21 but away from the main road. The hotel was comfortable with very large bed. The room was cleaned every day with complimentary bottled water. A/C was good and wasn’t too loud.

Cons: Hot water was a hit or miss during the morning. Most morning it did not give any hot water. Hot water seems to run best in the afternoon/evening. Visible signs of repair to the laminate flooring with some just taped over and paint flaking from the ceiling. Maybe it is a sign that the rooms are now needing some refurb. Staff doesn’t seem to care about customers shouting into phone or to each other in the lobby. Persons smoking weed at the pool and playing their music using their own speaker distracted the peace and relaxation.
