Pros: Room was excellent clean comfortable no complaints

Cons: Hotel is in the middle of refurbishment extensive building work outside so parking my car was difficult

Cons: Nothing. It's a bit run down from the glory days, but the price reflects this. Hope they will make a restoration some day, it's got so much character. Rooms are still great and not run down.

Big thanks to the lady who came done dry cleaning, very well mannered.

Pros: I liked how comfortable and secure the hotel was. I was pariculary impressed with the maintainace of the room.

Cons: The noise levels from the outside especially from the clubs was disturbing.

Pros: The hotel is located in the best area in Bangkok. It is clean and well organized. The receptionists greet the customers with smiley faces.

Cons: The music was too loud and annoying especially after midnight. Those girls are waiting for customers in front of the main entrance should not be allowed.

Property stay in good location. Reception service is good. All Staff are cordially and helpful

Pros: I did not think of breakfast. Because I have been tested in different hotel such as Bangla, Indian, Pakistani, Thai & Seven-Eleven. I do not know have any halal food service in your property , Need Halal foods service turn on in your property.

Cons: Reception decoration could have been better. Need easily entrées with luggage in lift lobby. Move lift lobby to reception with heavy luggage not easier. So need consideration about this.
