Absolutely fantastic choice for family stay.

Pros: Excellent hotel services. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Great breakfast to start off with the day. Easy accessibility to nearby malls, convenience stores, cafes and restaurants.

Pros: Location was great! Great for shopping right across Platinum Mall, near Central World. Staff was friendly, helped us with some tours. There's a massage place in the building, perfect after a long day.

Cons: Location while convenient but boarding and alighting from Grab / taxi is a bit challenging and dangerous as it is by the roadside

I am impressed.

Pros: The staffs was responsible and diligent. I asked for extra towels and was delivered to my room within the next 7 mins. Housekeeping was good and i am very impressed that could even request for change of bedsheet every day. This is the first time i came across a hotel which gave that extra service to customer. Well done.

Cons: The aircon is too strong and cold. Even we off the aircon in the night, we are still feeling cold in the room. The bath robes in the room should be changed after wear instead of hanging back. They should provide suitable size or rather allowed change of slippers in the room according to customer's size.

Great hotel at the heart of the shopping district!

Pros: Hotel is right in the heart of Pratunam shopping district, it's diagonally across to Platinum mall. There's a link bridge that connects Platinum to centralwOrld and other malls. Right next to the hotel is the 100 baht shop, the one-stop solution to your souvenir needs. There are clothing shops located in the same building as the hotel itself, with Starbucks and McDonald's too.

Cons: The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. However I requested for the harder pillow option that they have and instead of swapping the pillows they initially gave me, they just added on extra 2 pillows so we ended up with 6 pillows instead! I wish they have a foam memory or a more ergonomic pillow though.
