Great base to explore Bangkok

Pros: Staff are exceptionally nice and helpful. Location is good for jumping on the 2 train/tube lines (5mins walk) or taxis centrally.

Cons: Pool view was nice but a bit cold

Pros: Friendly staff, good location, short walk to Terminal 21, MRT subway, BTS sky rail, clean, quiet, Rooftop pool & etc...

Cons: Slow wifi, bathroom vanity faucet & shower head need service. That's all I see. The rests are good.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Brilliant location and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Cons: My stay was extremely pleasant wish I was staying longer. My only request would be more selection for vegetarians and gluten free for the breakfast

Excellent location

Pros: Excellent location. Train station, Sukhumvit 21 plaza, very nice massage places, 2× 7/11 s, restaurants ,all were in walking distance. We went looking for dinner around 11pm and felt quite safe. Staff at the door were quite friendly and helpful. Security guys were very polite and did a great job .They always greet you and very kind.

Cons: Cleanliness. Even though they make the room up they don't replace stiff. Every time when we get back we had to ask for replacements. They don't clean the bathroom well. Allbathroom towels need replacing. They were stained and frayed. Shower needs renovating. It was impossible to balance Shower hot water. We stayed in a 5 star hotel and a 4 star hotel and all of them had this hot water issue. AC fan was very noisy but when you turn it off you can hear road noises. But not that bad to disturb our sleep.

Excellent location in busy Bangkok, comfortable and good value.

Pros: Location is the best, close to Siam Paragon and IKEA by the BTS, which is about 5 mins walk away. Very good breakfast (so so coffee, but it seems like the same for other hotels). Comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Cons: Very limited parking. It is not designed for people who are driving.
