Excellent place to stay to enjoy Bangkok at it’s best!

Cons: That we were not advised by email about the maintenance work to pool area, leaflets were put under doors once the work had started

Great location and comfortable stay. Amazing staff!

Pros: I enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the first two days that I stayed there but thought that the breakfast special was also good value (Ala carte). The room was amazing and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I stayed for about 8 nights so it felt like home.

Cons: They didn't have the option for peppermint tea in the room. I asked early on to replace the English Breakfast with peppermint tea but they only replaced it once and kept refilling English breakfast (minor detail).

Very nice hotel, amazing helpful staff

Pros: I liked the room, the hotel en general and above all the staff. They help us with restaurant reservations, taxis, recommendation etc even last minute new year cruise.

Cons: Not that I didn't like the gim, it was spacious, clean and it smell good but the smallest dumbells were of 2 kg which was too heavy.

An absolute standout stay in Bangkok, defined by a breathtaking corner suite upgrade

Pros: The breakfast area is a highlight—a beautiful, open space offering a fantastic mix of international and local cuisine. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly, making every morning a pleasure. We were lucky enough to receive a courtesy upgrade to a stunning corner suite. The views over Bangkok were incredible! The suite featured a double shower and a roll-top bathtub, a separate lounge, and a massive bedroom (both with their own TVs). There was also a dedicated dining space where we found complimentary fruit, water, and coffee. We especially appreciated the generous amount of luggage and wardrobe space, which made the room feel very organized. The location is perfect. It’s right in the heart of the action, close to excellent shops, restaurants, bars, and public transport links. Highly recommended!

A must experience when visiting Bangkok.

Pros: We did the wellness package and it was a great way to end our trip in Thailand. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Jommy in the club room. The spa is beautiful and so was the Onsen room. The breakfasts were also amazing and so varied. We will be back.

Pros: Excellent gym, pool and breakfast. Very good location. Large rooms.

Cons: Staff' comma d in English is not the best.

I had a great relax time. I even extended my stay and I will return before I leave.

Pros: Exceptional breakfast and great location!! Lo staff (Reception, Front desk, Guests desk, Lounge, Spa, Massage, Security, Cleaning of the room, The coffee corner) ..... all of them are really great and helpful. They are all uniquely kind.

Hard to beat Bangkok position, style and service

Pros: Location and style; excellent facilities and a refined calmness the second you enter the property. A personal feel from a smaller property without sacrificing service or comfort
