The Quarter Silom by UHG

Pros: Location is perfect. In the heart of Silom. Enough malls and shops near by. Rooms were made everyday. Staff were very helpful.

Cons: I do think the towels can be of better quality. Its way too thin and looks ragged slightly. It’ll be nice if it was a better quality towel. Rooms aren’t really sound proof. Had a noisy Chinese neighbour who liked to leave their door open and they were talking loudly.

Pros: Its was really really good , the staff was really nice and the room was spot less clean. Speciel area but all worth it ... gym and the pool was great , the steam room wasnt like in Europe though 😢 sauna good 🙏💪but bigtime Great hotel.

Cons: The steam room was something i looked forward to use but it was really not a steam room I dont know what it was.

Typical Thailand - 10/10 hospitality

Pros: Customer service was excellent, front of house staff helped me to transfer money to recover my bike deposit in chiang mai as I had to leave before they were open in the morning. Hadn't even technically checked in at the time.

Comfortable and well-located stay in Silom

Pros: I liked that the hotel was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a generally quiet atmosphere. The location is very convenient, close to Silom, public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff were polite and professional, and the facilities such as the pool and gym were well maintained.

Cons: I experienced issues with the room key access, and there was also a problem with the door that needed to be replaced, which caused us to be stuck inside the room for a few hours. The room felt a bit small, breakfast options were limited, and there was occasional noise from the surrounding area during peak hours.

Pros: The location, friendliest staff, contemporary decor and great value for money. Great mood lighting in the rooms.

Cons: Room were a little dark, this was made better by the mood lighting. Rooms have very small balconies so unable to actually sit on the balcony.

Pros: Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the night market. Room was small but comfortable. Good variety at breakfast. Used cafe Lapin one day -excellent bagels and coffee. Helpful staff throughout hotel. Great service at check in and out.

Cons: Although there was a kettle in the room there were no tea/coffee supplies. Not a big problem as 7/11 less than 100 metres away. No major problems. Would return

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at The Quarter Silom. The room was clean and modern, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect — close to restaurants, cafes, and public transport. Highly recommended!
