Put this on your number one lust to stay at.

Pros: The staff in the Paragon Restaurant were faultless with their cheerful greetings and excellent customer service. The buffet breakfast caters to all tastes and the quality of food is excellent. The dinner menu also caters to everyone and we certainly found a few favourite dishes and desserts.

Cons: There is nothing negative to write.

Pros: Staff, check-in, concierge, waiters were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The high floors provide good views. Food quality and choice were great, and I've never had such an extravagant breakfast buffet!

Cons: The air conditioning wouldn't allow heat higher than 27 degrees which was a little too cool for my taste.

Pros: Good location, nice breakfast and dinner, and most helpful staff.

Cons: When entering the room, we found that it was a smaller and lower grade room, being different from what we had booked. After investigation, the reception staff explained that the error was recorded in the system with unknown reason, and changed the room for us and apologized with a welcome drink as compensation.

Great Stay, Excellent Location.

Pros: Great location, close to Sala Daeng and Silom stations, connecting to both train lines. Very close to Lumphini Park and there is a shopping mall nearby which operates well into the night (it may be 24 hours but I am not sure). Lovely breakfast with a good selection even for a Muslim traveller. Had a minor issue with my room which Maintenance addressed within the hour, even though it was midnight.

Cons: Room was a little chilly even without the AC. I bore with it but on reflection if I asked for it to be addressed it most likely would have been.
