Excellent value & comfort
Pros: Stayed a week & exceeded expectations. Down a quiet steet, it has a great pool, gym, comfy beds, very clean, breakfast is good & staff very helpful at all times. In a local neighbourhood but there’s everything you need within 5-10 mins walk. Big food marketplace, street food vendors, 711, massage & a huge mall.
Cons: Water was always lukewarm. Plastic mesh encasing balcony.

Cons: *Breakfast - few selections *A/C - it was difficult to adjust the temperature to be comfortable, and with big noise.

I love it!
Pros: The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There’s a free shuttle to BITEC and the BTS station. A laundry area is available downstairs, and there’s also a microwave. The hotel is conveniently close to the BTS, making it easy to explore the city by train. Overall, I really liked my stay. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I’m not sure how good it is.
Cons: Not really I don't like but there is room for improvement. It would be helpful if the halal status of the breakfast could be clearly mentioned in the marketing materials or informed during check-in, especially for Muslim guests. In addition, please put clear directions and information at the laundry area, such as the coin price, operating time, and how the machines work. Since the machines are automatic, customers cannot select separate washing and drying modes, so clear instructions would make it easier to use and customer can plan their time to wash.

Pleasant Stay
Pros: Breakfast, location and facilities. They have a laundry area that you can use just purchase your detergent from the nearby Imperial/Big C mall.
Cons: We didn't have a water bottle for the first 2 days of our stay, I think they forgot but no big deal, there's service water in the lobby and you can purchase it from the nearby mall.

A Gem in the Corner of Bagna
Pros: How friendly the staff was, the people in the reception can also converse in English which made a lot of inquiries easier and smoother. I love the plunge pool, the gym and the laundry area. You feel going for a walk before dining you can go towards the direction of Bts Bearing, they have the Tonsai Market with lots of local dishes to try. The hotel provided service that did not feel generic and impersonal, it all felt genuine. I would definitely go back. Stayed in the hotel June 14 to June 25 year 2025.
Cons: The first 2 days I think they've forgotten to supply our room with the bottles of water.

Excellent
Pros: Nice staff. Very helpful. Pool is nice quiet and clean. Room is modern and large and bright. I love the location. It feels very Thai around there. Great food, a shopping mall nearby and the BTS is close
Cons: Only two things. They should have a service to keep bags for people. Every hotel should have this. You can charge a couple of euros and actually make more money that the cost if a single room. Also I booked a room with Booking and got stuck in Bali. They could have changed the date till the next day but they refused to do so. That would have cuts them nothing as the fees are the same but I lost a full nights payment. Most hotels will let you change date if you tell them beforehand. Especially when it’s off season
