Pros: Spacious bedroom, nice staff. Good value for money

Cons: Bathroom could use some renovation and window can be better isolated but it was an amazing stay I recommend

Excellent - would be happy to stay again

Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The location was very convenient for us, the room was excellent, quiet, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and with amazing views, and the breakfast buffet was good.

Cons: The bathtub had a small crack in it which meant we couldn't use it. But this was a very minor thing that didn't affect our stay as we were happy to use just the shower.

I loved it

Pros: I loved the stay it was excellent amazing and the staff was humble too the AC for the room 1021 was not working well so they changed the room on immediate bases i loved the service how ever it is far from the main center

Cons: They do not have shaving kit in the hotel which should be there

Pros: Exceptional Customer Service at the desk by Balloon and Pasu. They treated us like family, and helped us plan our stay. They were pokite and courteousthrough out stay. I highly recommend this hotel, only because of their customer serviee .

Cons: Gym was not upto my expectations but it was compensated by their exceptional services.

convenient, relaxed and friendly

Pros: friendly staff Great breakfast. comfortable restaurant bar area, high quality lunch we were on a business trip not holiday so being 10 mins from the Bang Na BTS train, 8 min drive to BITEC, 35 min to BKK airport (off peak) in a quiet area was more than ok, if you are happy to be away from central Bangkok this place works. a few outside restaurants just down the hotel served good food.
