Cozy & Comfortable, Not the most convenient
Pros: The staff were very polite and helpful in general and it was great to see them extend support even post check-out. The cleanliness and hygiene is excellent. The minimal aesthetic was appreciated. The rooms were compact, yet adequately equipped with gadgets, which made it convenient and comfortable.
Cons: The distance from the city centre/activities made it difficult to access them freely all through the day (all plans had to be day long and coming back was not an option). Additionally, taxis find it difficult to access the hotel since it is at an intersection of many roads. The vibration from the traffic/train needs to be mentioned in advance. While it does not cause any significant disturbance, just being prepared in advance helps. A breakfast buffet would have helped, especially for the elderly guests or those that may not venture out to eat from the street hawkers, considering there are no established restaurants or cafes nearby.

Pleasant stay for celebrating the new year in Bangkok.
Pros: Staff behaviour, very friendly and helpful, the overall smooth process for check in and check out.
Cons: The drainage grill was locked due to which we couldn't remove the hair from the bathroom as much as possible.

Pros: Stayed here before and it is located near Bts and close to 7-11, Amazon cafe and Central Plaza Bang Na not far away! Clean, modern and price worthy! Can recommend!

Pros: The staff were the best i have ever encountered. So helpful and friendly. They ran around for us and even arranged transportation for us. They hotel also allowed us to leave our luggage while we went to Phuket. The rooms were very clean and they were cleaned daily.
Cons: Just that its far from shops and places of entertainment, but it was close to the BTS and a 7eleven and an Amazon coffee shop next door.

Pros: Its proximity to our work place and transit arrangements. The courtesy by the Staff, is exceptional. Facilities were perfect for any type of stay, business or personal. Great silent drills by their Team to make things up and keep it Tidy every time we returned back to the Room, irrespective of the time out.

Excellent service
Pros: How friendly the staff are, they go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend it to anybody definitely i don't know a single word of Thai, and the lady helped me in so many ways, from booking a taxi to even talking to a friend for me, excellent service ☺️💖

Overall pleasant, and will return.
Pros: Cheerful service, clean, and near to where I need to go for my meetings at the convention centre, near to metro station (Bangna BTS), and surrounded by affordable eateries serving local food (well, if you are not overly demanding about your food). Love the proper work desk too.
Cons: As hotel is right next to a major road, some slight vibrations could be felt whenever a heavy vehicle passes by late at night. Sound insulation for windows are great though, and I was able to sleep through it all.

Great value if you need to be in Bang Na
Pros: Clean comfortable great value Location to Imperial World, Central shopping centre and water park.
Cons: The bed rocks when the big trucks pass by but it's fine 🙂
