Excellent!

Pros: Location was superb! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were very clean. I personally really liked their minimalistic design. The beds were comfortable and the room had a nice bright aesthetic. At the end when we were leaving to goto the airport, a member of staff also dropped us with the shuttle service at the nearest station, really convenient.

Cons: Nothing negative to say.

Great value for money. Rooms were cleaned daily. Convenient location.

Pros: Location was very convenient. Steps away from everything that you need - 7/11, massage parlours, salons, shops and malls. Not too far away from BTS either and bonus the hotel provides buggies back and forth from the station. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Lots of construction noises throughout the entire day.

Pros: It’s at a great location. The rooms are modern. And quiet spacious

Cons: I wouldn’t bring my mum here because the mattresses are on an elevated floor. And: you can’t open a window. And there is no cafe anymore

Pros: The hotel staff was really friendly , had free shuttles to the shopping malls , the rooms were really cleanly and we had room service come in and clean everyday , there were free water bottles provided , the bathrooms were really good and in the middle of the shopping district so very convenient

Pros: Great hotel with good amenities . We had free shuttle service to pratunam , complimentary water and could arrange transport using the hotel very conveniently. The space was clean and spacious and the room service was great . Located at the hotspot very close to platinum , central world , decembers. Very friendly staff , loved the stay here !

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The personnel was nice and very helpfull

Cons: Only one downside was the main road near the hotel. That was under construction so there was always traffic

Pros: no breakfast included. facilities you need are available like laundry area, weighing scale, vendo machines, shuttle service to nearby area and 24hr front desk
