Value for money, friendly and helpful staff

Pros: The staff were really friendly and helpful, they answered any questions I had. The hotel was pretty new when I stayed there and I seemed to be one of the first few residents. The aircon was good and the bathroom was really clean. I liked the mirror in the bedroom with a big desk, it was great for me to do some work on my laptop and for doing my makeup. No toiletries included but they had basic coffee and tea provided.

Cons: The location was very close to Pratunam and was within walking distance to nearby malls, about 10 mins walk. Its also beside many restaurants so it might be noisy when going back at night but honestly, the crowds made it feel safe.
