The Period Pratunam

This is my second stay here, I would stay here again if I were to visit Bangkok in the future. You get what you paid wit

Pros: Location is great, as a female solo traveller, I'm comfortable with the area as it's on the main road, walking at night is not too dangerous (but please still be cautious). It is walking distance to Platinum Mall, Centralworld and BIG C, and is on the same row as a lot of massage parlours. You can easily walk to the nearest station as well in about 10mins. The room and bed is comfortable, toilet is clean. Easy to access with a card. They provide an extension for you, along with towels and hairdryer. Toothbrush and indoor shoes can also be requested. I didn't need to bring much items, thanks to the convenience of having these items already prepared for me.

Cons: - Walls are a bit thin, you can hear into people's room (but muffled) when you're walking to/out from your room. No issue with stray noises from the room though. - The only mirror is in the bathroom. I needed to style my hair for an event but there was no mirror near where the plugs were 🥲

Aesthetic, Warm & Cozy place to stay. Just perfect.❤️

Pros: The room was quite small, but perfect for single occupancy. Despite the size, I had a great stay. The receptionists were very attentive to guests' needs—especially a lovely lady who helped me arrange airport transfer and recommended the best option before my flight home. I also enjoyed a good cup of coffee, and the location is excellent—right next to a hair spa and a 7-Eleven. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Pros: Great location right in the heart of pratunam, 5 mins to the night market and 10 mins to the platinum mall. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and massages around! To improve : a full.length mirror in the room would be appreciated and hand soap! The pillows were a little hard as well, others great experience, wonderful staff and amazing location!!

Pros: Ideal location that’s near pratunam and all the massage parlour, room size is big enough

Cons: Spotted a baby cockroach in toilet but staff removed as soon as I call them to do so - not a dealbreaker

Pros: good location, walking distance to platinum and pratunam market, lots of foot massage places and food options around. coffee shop in the lobby serves good coffee

Cons: had a problem with spotty on-off wifi throughout our stay.

My 3rd time staying here & will still come back again!

Pros: My 3rd time staying in The Period and still can't shout enough of the great location! Everything is within walking distance. 7-Eleven is just few doors away & there is a whole row full of massage centers which is great stop everytime before we go back to hotel.

Cons: Room size can get a little small after a few days of shopping but still managable.

Pros: Small room but good for money. There’s lots of affordable massage places right outside. Quiet at night.

Cons: Close to shopping centres for location but it isn’t near the tourist hot spots you’ll likely be visiting. Bit of a trek with no easy transport so we got a taxi. Fine tho.

Pros: The hotel very clean and so comfortable the people in hotel so friendly. Near center shoping

Pros: Breakfast and location was very nice and nearby is 7-11 and food street. Foot massage in the area was fantastic and nearby.

Cons: Room is really very small. Toilet is clean but really small.
