Pros: We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request, including helping with our luggages multiple times. The location is excellent,very close to Pratunam, within walking distance, and in a safe neighborhood, making it convenient for exploring the area.

Cons: The only issue we encountered was with the bathroom; the water was occasionally clogged, requiring maintenance to visit 2–3 times during our stay.
