GOOD COMFORTABLE HOTEL

Pros: Staff is great,all are kind well English spoken always smiling,bed very comfy ,I stay here many times, good Aircon,great water pressure in the shower,those coming for shopping I recommend this very near and walking distance, night very quiet can have peaceful sleep.

Cons: Wish had more variety for breakfast it's same food daily coz I stay 5 nights,

Pros: The breakfast was average, the location is very good

Pros: Friendly and HELPFUL staff! In my check out morning, I had to run to get a taxi towards the airport, and one of the members kindly assisted me with advices and translation with some drivers around. All of them were respectful and polite.

Pros: It was very quiet and there were a lot of amenities and services offered by the hotel. Even if we didn't use any, someone could comfortably stay there, and not miss out on anything

Cons: The staff was distant and they did not really care about what was happening once you passed the reception. Eg. one night, there was a grouo of clearly drunk and loud men that were waiting for the elevator with us. They were shouting and pushing each other (with bottles in their hand), and they ended up taking the elevator and keeping us out. The receptionists were unfazed.

Pros: Very comfortable room, I stay many times here I always enjoy my stay, bed is very comfy, toilet are very clean AC working so well everything was absolutely great, front counter staff was great, very polite with a smile and of course welcoming drink.i highly recommend this hotel to anyone, I will be back again in late July.

Cons: I stayed two nights this time both days breakfast was same food, pls change the menu alternative days you can charge it, sometimes refill take while , TV channel there isn't much English movie channel it's good to see to this.

Pros: The location is best. Walking distance to pratunam market, platinum fashion mall, central world. The room is spacious.

Cons: The breakfast did not have much variety. The room that they gave us at first had that dust smell very strong. But thankfully they changed our room the next day. :)
