Pros: Excellent hotel! They greet you with a welcome drink and give you a delicious dessert upon checkout. It's a new, beautiful hotel, everything is very clean. Air conditioning, hairdryer, TV, kettle in the room, and two bottles of water. Breakfast was amazing – you could choose any dish you wanted, plus extras from the buffet. They make delicious coffee. Before leaving, I couldn't get a taxi, but the receptionist was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location for short stay

Pros: Good location with access to the SKYTRAINs and local night market. Very friendly staff who were very helpful. Good breakfasts. Comfortable bed. Would be ok for short visit which we did. Easy access to airport.

Cons: Room was small with double bed against one wall with no space to store luggage. Shower and toilet are just pods within the room with obscured glass. No blind on toilet window so light streamed in early morning. Lift door safety device not working on right hand door so hit my chest which hurt. PLEASE GET THIS FIXED.

Pros: The room was clean, which is the most important for me. Also, the staff was so nice to us and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast is good, you can order something from the breakfast menu the day before and there is also some food that is available every day at breakfast buffet. I would recommend booking this hotel, it’s very good value for the money you pay.

Pros: The staff were excellent. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We were very comfortable as a family. We later realized how close it was to the Pratunam shopping area. There are many excellent spa centers nearby.

Pros: Nice stay with a very pleasant stuff. Breakfast was limited but one could select between different warm food dish (which was very tasty).

Pros: The staff are very friendly—especially the night shift staff (one male and one female). They were extremely supportive and welcoming.

Cons: You can’t hang clothes in the shower room; they need to be handled outside.

Pros: This is really nice place - situated close to biggest shopping malls and food and clothes street markers. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, rooms are clean, AC is working good and beds are comfortable. It is a bit wierd that you have to order your breakfast day before and indicate the time already, but still it is tasty. We also got an upgrade to our room - we had a massage chair which was pretty cool thing. Overall very pleasant stay. I recommend staying here.
