Nice and decent, great location to explore wider Bangkok if you've already seen the Touristy areas.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and flexible, breakfast was decent, room was nice and spacious

Cons: Wi Fi was not connecting properly and the TV wasn't working.

Comfortable

Pros: The room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. Overall the staff was supportive. They helped me change the kettle just 5 minutes after I found the one in my room had a broken lid. The hotel is just about 5 minutes walk to Pho Nimit BTS station, so it's super easy to get around. Sometimes I chose to travel by taxi, it took 5-10 mins to book a taxi/Bolt here.

Cons: The AC was a bit noisy even after I adjusted its fan setting.

Pros: I had a 4-night stay at the hotel with my husband and a group of friends. The hotel is great, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and modern. The breakfast is delicious but there are few choices and the convenience store isn't near the hotel but we still have the enjoy time in here.

Pros: Good size room, friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast would be nice to have some more choice of drinks and maybe some continental options.

Cons: Hotel needs bit updating especially zen garden on the rooftop. As to location it is good, away from all the busy madness of the city centre although still around 45-50minutes walk to centre.
