Prefect time in Bangkok

Pros: The hotel is into good localisation, next to two metro stations. Around hotel are many shops, restaurants, and more . The staff are kind and helpful. I was spend perfect time in this hotel. Great time in this place !

Pros: The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Bangkok. Rooms are big enough, and there's a 24/7 concierge system. They clean the room every day.

Cons: Location is OK, but it's not easy to get around Bangkok from there. Limited bus and metro options, and loads of traffic on the main roads next to it. Not many ancillary services are available (e.g., no laundry service).

Fab Hotel near Central Bangkok

Pros: 2nd time staying, fab location and really lovely staff....they even allowed us to check in slightly earlier!

Pros: Very clean and good service. I stay two days very helpful staff.

Fab Hotel in Central Rama 9!

Pros: Everything! A hidden gem, very close to Central Rama 9 station and Shopping centre, and Fortune Center. Outside looks like alleyways in Japan, loads of food options which closes into the early hours of the night. Room was exactly how it looks, very clean and very nice. 2nd best shower for in Thailand, actual Hot Water. Fab hotel. Great Price!

Cons: Wish I found this place earlier!

Two nights for a visa run from Vietnam

Pros: This was my third stay at this hotel and it has become my favourite hotel in Bangkok. The bed is very big and comfortable. Free bottled water every day. Great air conditioner. Great bathroom, especially the shower which is important to me. The room itself is huge. The staff are always excellent. I really cannot fault this hotel.

Cons: Nothing except the minimal amount of clothes hangers.

Pros: clean new building provide free coffee drinks surrounded by many local eateries

Cons: 10 minutes walk to near by bts

Lively yet peaceful location

Pros: What a fantastic hotel. It's location is ideal. Close to shops and local restaurants and to the night market but at night still offers peace and quiet. The hotel facilities are new and clean with very friendly staff.

Cons: I honestly couldn't fault the hotel on anything. The stay at Neuf was really enjoyable.

Mixed bag but generally ok

Pros: The staff on reception were great. Good location, walking distance to the MRT Complementary bottles of water came in handy as did the free hot drinks in the lobby area.

Cons: Upon arrival I discovered several dark hairs from the previous occupant on the floor by the bed and also in the bathroom. I mentioned it to reception and they dealt with it immediately, so props to them for that. The bath towels were renewed upon request but a couple of times they neglected to leave me a hand towel. On the floor by the headboard on one side of the bed was some obvious damage to the floor and also it looked like that area had not been vacuumed for quite a while. The glass coffee cups I used were not cleaned or replaced with clean ones. It looked like they had been rinsed out in the bathroom sink then wiped semi-dry, there were obvious coffee stains still on them. It's a really good hotel generally but they need to get on top of certain things. After my first couple of nights I slightly regretted leaving my previous hotel nearby (Sitara Place) to stay here but I stuck it out, in fact I ended up extending my stay by 3 nights purely because I couldn't be bothered to move to another hotel.
