Great Value Stay in Ratchada

Pros: Clearly at the price it is not a 5 star hotel BUT it is a 5 star experience! Helpful staff, spacious rooms, lots of facilities, powerful shower. And about a 6 minute walk to the VFS offices in The Shoppes Rama 9 Huai Khwang. And here is a tip for the shortest way to get to VFS if you are walking. Go to the end of the Soi Calmly is in, at the end turn right, stay on the right side of the road. After about 400 meters you will see traffic coming down a road on the left and turning into the road you are on. Stop for a minute, diagonally across the road is the building you want, locate a sign that says “parking”, cross the road to the road that contains the sign (watch out for the traffic from all directions). About 20 meters down this road is an entrance to Shoppes, go in, in front of you are escalators which will take you directly to the area where the various VFS offices are. Good luck with the Visa!

Cons: For the price nothing

Short stay suited my needs. If i need to stay in Bangkok and have bussiness in this part of the city

Pros: The location was good. I only stayed the 1 night. The staff were excelent. They were very accomidating. The only issue there was a little language problem. But i am in Thailand and english isnt their first language, so it is my problem not theirs. Room was not flash, but comfortable

Pros: Clean, good room and bed. Close to vfs global for our visit there, short walk.

Cons: No breakfast option.

Cons: Address needs updating took us a long time with taxi as goggle maps saying it was in a soil that it was not so was a little hard to find

Home away from home

Pros: It's a beautiful home and we'll cared for. The owner is very kind and considerate. You will have everything you need and more. There are also family food shops very close by. I wish I could stay longer, but I'll have to come back.

Pros: Lovely and clean, nice bed and bed linen. Nice hot shower. Older hotel but good value. Close to the VFS visa place , we walked 3 minutes to it. Recomend if need to visit the visa place. Lovely lady owner. Sketched a map of where to eat for us.

Cons: Il m'a manqué un peu de lait pour mon café du matin 😐. Pas manqué grand chose donc.
