For better or worse

Pros: During an only three nights stay my son had to go to the hospital the first day and I had a birthday the second day. The staff set us up to go to the hospital and when we got back from a warm day two a get get-well soon card, towel-origami elephant and a birthday card and cake were waiting for us in the room. Needless to say the more travel related matters like check in/out and taxi calling were spotless in the hands of front-end team. We came for the location close to the metro/airport and the pool. We come back for the staff.

Comfort worth the Money

Pros: It's really a comfort to be there in a plausible area if you do not want to be in a rush area. Definitely you're more further from the to-be areas but still okay in travelling time (around 20 mins via transport). The staff was welcoming from even the exterior driveway. Breakfast was everything you needed from a hotel- definitely you won't get variety everyday but that's okay. Location is close-by to Central Rama Mall which is 5 minutes away from walk, McDonalds/KFC and the MRT station line. Ideal for family. The view at night from the pool was dazzling.

Cons: The corridors could have been more lighted and the pool needed to have a heat pump as its cold most of the time.

Pros: The staff were amazing and acknowledged you at all times. Facilities are clean and organised, the buffet breakfast is always a hit. We have stayed here several times in the past few years and will continue to stay here in the future. Location is great close to the shopping centre and night markets. Highly recommend this place.

Cons: Everything was amazing.

Pros: Helpful staff, restaurant serving good food at a reasonable cost. Easy commute, seven eleven and few other shops just at the downstair.

Cons: Room size and amenities provided did not meet my expectations. For a twin bedded room it could be more spacious.however I am not dissatisfied for these reasons.

Pros: I loved the breakfast, the fact that it’s within town and not far away from 7Eleven and other stores and malls. Fantastic choice I made staying here with my family

It was a good option for us as a family, with kids and a senior citizen.

Pros: There was sufficient items for breakfast. There is a 7-11 just outside the hotel which was great and a mall just 5 mins walk away. Rooms were spacious and clean, kitchenette was fully equipped.

Cons: It would have been nicer if there were 1 or 2 halal meat dishes for breakfast.

Pros: No breakfast but location was perfect for my needs for this trip and also my previous stay.

Cons: More lighting is required - especially in the evening, in particular, the bathroom

Comfortable stay and kids friendly

Pros: The hotel is kid friendly with a basic kid playroom and a swimming pool with a tiny section for toddlers. There are two activities per day in the playroom such as painting or bracelet making. Good size hotel room, decent breakfast both Asian/ western style. Service is excellent. Kudos to a nice staff YUT as I had some problems with my transport app. He noticed I was waiting for long and came to help me calling a car from his Grab app. The shopping mall next to the hotel is very handy with lots of restaurants and it's about 5-8 mins walk. There is also a 7-11 right next to the hotel.
