Modern city stay with stunning skyline views, rooftop pool, and perfect location. we’ll be back
Pros: We had the corner room with a fantastic skyline view on both sides. The shopping centers and large malls are within walking distance, and there is a BTS station nearby. It’s a great area with embassies and hotels, close to the city center. The room was very modern. The rooftop pool is beautiful as well, offering great views and a small menu with snacks and drinks. Breakfast was 7/10.
Cons: We loved everything about our stay. In fact, we stayed there twice during our trip and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful rooftop - great city escape
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the city. Check in was really nice. The room super spacious and comfortable. I stayed only one night but the staff did everything to accommodate my requests (stay at the pool the following day and use shower etc)
Cons: There is really little to complain but one topic hits me a bit. I had an issue at the rooftop bar where a trainee apparently forgot my food order. After 30 mins I was asking about it and it was unfortunately really poorly handled. The reason is mainly a language barrier that I have also encountered at breakfast. Problems and misunderstandings can occur, the question is how it is handled. And I can say that the reception was very professional and kind and took over one drink from the bar that evening. Overall, all staff is really friendly and caring. I would still suggest that the communication needs to be enhanced especially the language skills. Would I overall recommend the hotel - yes I would! Would I come another time - maybe unwound try another hotel - but still - thanks for the valuable time I could spend at your premise!!!

Cons: the only point was the lack of organization of the waitress at breakfast, 4 of 5 days we have always the orders mixed or forgotten, at some point we stop complaining to not have a bad start of the day

Nice and Clean space with little balcony
Pros: The room, location and staff were all great. The balcony was good to have.
Cons: Checkout took like 15min if you consumed the minibar. Lower floors such as 7th floor, can hear the traffic more.

Bright and Colourful Fun Stay. Ideal for accessing the Silom and Siam District's.
Pros: I liked the way the room was decorated. Lots of colour and it felt like a fun room and far away from the corporate beige-ness you find in the more corporate hotels like the Marriott chain. As someone who doesn't eat meat or eggs ( the breakfast buffet was exceptional. I went back for the Tofu Curry 3 times.🤤🤤🤤. The Porters at the front entrance were exceptionally helpful and polite, as were the checking in staff who may have checked us in a little slow for some (e.g my partner) but not for me. I loved the wood finishes in the room, the smooth wooden flooring was a dream underfoot, and the wooden draws in the wardrobe, glided open and closed effortlessly. Much appreciated. Also, liked the selection of hangers in the wardrobe, especially the padded one. These little touches elevated the experience of the room. I Loved all the gold fittings in the room. I loved opening the electronic blinds to give more of a view of the city below.
Cons: I would have liked to have been forewarned that a 4000 THB cash deposit is required on checking in. The shower in the room was not very powerful and the shower head only had 1 ring of jets. There was some discolouration to the white grouting around the shower door which had taken on a rusty colour. The lighting system was a little over complicated and after 2 nights we still couldn't work out how to just have the bedside lights on and the rest of the lights in the room off. Not enough space around the bathroom sink for toiletries and the shelving that is provided is too narrow, so I was not able to lay my toiletries out and had to keep them in my toiletries bag. The staff working the breakfast service were a little speedy, and because of this they got a few minor things wrong, and I feel they made the experience feel a little rushed. THE POOL!!! 👎🏽 Far too small for someone who actually likes to do lengths in the morning.
