Perfect 6-day stay for a very good price

Pros: I have to say the staff was very courteous and friendly. Initially I was in a different room than I booked but after speaking to Tan at the reception I was taken care of very well and moved to the room that I had booked. She’s a helpful girl and sorted all the issues immediately with a smile. The hotel is really close to the BTS station and nearby many good restaurants, convenience store and massage centres.

Cons: It’s bit of an old place and needs an upgrade.

Pros: Room was big and location is really close to bts Phromphong by walk. Lots of restaurants nearby and 7/11 just right there next to the hotel. Good location and nearby big shopping mall (Emquartier and Emsphere) staff was really helpful and very fast action once you ask for help.😄

Cons: Sink in toilet was a bit too small and the door in the shower room was just too old and not working properly.

Excellent

Pros: Everything was excellent. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was ideal with a supermarket around the corner, BTS close by, and a number of malls and restaurants within walking distance. There are also massage places and bars in the vicinity. The room was clean and has cooking facilities. I have stayed here on several occasions and will continue to do so in the future. Highly recommended - thank you

Pros: The location and staff is great. Poli really took care of my needs and were out of her way to assist me and make sure my stay was satisfactory. The value is great.
