Pros: The hotel is excellent, with a great location and very friendly staff who speak very good English. The bed is comfortable, and both the bed linens and towels are clean. If it matters to you, the room has a bathtub, not just a shower. Bathroom amenities include only shower gel, shampoo, and soap. There are no toothbrushes, so you should bring your own. Two bottles of water are provided for free, and additional bottles cost 30 baht each. However, in the lobby you can refill water for free at any time and also make coffee — the coffee machine is available 24/7. The pool is cool but spacious, and it never feels crowded. It’s also very convenient that clean pool towels are freely available. There is parking on site, and you can leave your car after check-out. At night it was quiet, but our windows faced another hotel’s parking lot, which was only half full.

Cons: Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Nice place in a good spot

Pros: Decent hotel close to Ekkamai, which was our deal breaker here. The hotel pool area only has sun for a short period of time, but there's a rooftop pool in the next door hotel that visitors can use. Nice and clean, could come again. Just a short walk to the nearest Sky Train station.

Quiet comfortable rooms in central Bangkok

Pros: The Journeyhub Bangkok Sukhumvit is in a great location with an easy 5 minute walk to Phrom Phong BTS. It has a sister hotel ‘Oakwood Residence’ located directly behind and you have access to both hotels facilities, including roof top pool and gym. We found the hotel rooms very quiet and comfortable with luxurious feather pillows and comfy beds. There is instant hot water in bathroom and great water pressure. There’s Netflix and YouTube access on a large and new room TV. The hotel is tidy and clean throughout with lovely staff providing genuinely caring service. The Guest Service Manager Mr Yamamoto was a delight. Breakfast was a two minute walk away at the sister hotel located immediately behind (no road to cross). Food was a great mix of western, Thai and a little Indian (delicious). The gym is well equipped with free weights, a great cable station and runners/elliptical trainer. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Cons: The rooms are a little dated but everything works.
