GREAT HOTEL DESERVES ITS 5 STAR RATING

Pros: Clean, Quiet and central location. Buffet breakfast was lovely.

Cons: Just people leaving towels on the sunloungers by the roof top pool then going to their rooms.

Great hotel in a central location!

Pros: Lovely hotel, rooms compact but was very cleansed to be upgraded to one of their Jacuzzi rooms, which was fantastic! Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in.

Cons: Pool area was a bit busy, but I always managed to find a sunny spot

Excellent hotel mas above all, the staff are the most sweet people I ever seen and had contact with in a hotel

Pros: Excellent hotel in the city center, nice neighborhood, amazing staff, amazing cleaning ladies, fantastic breakfast, etc

Cons: The pool at the top becomes quite crowded and all sun beds taken very quick for the full day. People leave the towels on the sun beds and they go away leaving just personal things to reserve them. Staff of the hotel should pay attention to that or creating rules for this situation.

Good stay for few nights

Pros: Location nearby patpong night market, easy find, 7-11 next door, basic comfort but nothing amazing. Good breakfast with many option.

Cons: Missing some stuff like good pillows and smart toilets. Wouldnt call it a 5 star hotel.

Pros: Fabulous hotel, with great views from rooftop pool. Amazing breakfast buffet, lots of choices and never felt cramped. Room and beds comfortable. Nice area, you do need to get taxis, walk to train station to get to the attractions, but easy enough to manage.

Cons: Rooftop can get a bit busy, but we still managed to get a table for some evening drinks.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was really good, lots to choose from. The rooftop pool was good, but is very expensive.

Cons: The room was very noisy at night, all we could hear were the tuk tuks and traffic going past until 3am.

Pros: Good location and proximity to the airport and the major attractions in Bangkok were also accessible. The restaurant was also decent serving food till late, rooms were clean.

Cons: They gave us a twin bed rather than a king because they were overbooked, not a massive issue as we could have changed to another room on the next day, but we couldn't be bothered to pack everything up and move. It was disappointing though because we had booked this room ages ago.

Pros: I liked the clean and comfortable hotel....I really can recommend to book the club rooms because the happy hour from 17:00 - 19:00 is awesome...you will get a lot of cocktails, drinks and food for free...the room was clean and comfortable....the view is awesome...even the breakfast was good...a lot of selection...thank you soooo much

Cons: The pool is nice but there are a lot of people...I can understand during the high season...
