Pros: The hotel is located on Arab Street, where there are several small shops and restaurants. However, it is not in the main nightlife or entertainment area. Transportation is easy by taxi, and you can also use the train depending on your destination. The staff were amazing — very kind, helpful, and professional. The service was excellent, and the apartment was clean, well-organized, and felt new, which we really appreciated.

Cons: ‏The only downside was the breakfast. We booked the stay with breakfast included, but it was served at a Yemeni restaurant and did not meet the standard breakfast experience of a hotel. There were no vegetables, no labneh or cheese options, and no cappuccino or espresso. The food was the same every day and mainly meat-based. In addition, the restaurant staff were not friendly or welcoming, which made the experience less pleasant.

Pros: Staff very friendly, large apartment with views of the city from the 27th floor.

Cons: Breakfast was appalling!! (I specifically paid extra to include breakfast based on being described as an A la carte buffet and the photos in the listing). The reality was that I was given daily vouchers at reception and directed to the Al-majles restaurant located in the building. The buffet selection was extremely poor and very limited, I did message the hotel via Booking.com to complain but no response or reply received.

Pros: Best place for family stay for muslim people. Food is arabic style place is very well located

Cons: Only thing i dont like is i want to exten one onre day buy the price per day is very expensive and i was mentioned that i was booked at promotion time now its different.

Pros: The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Especially the front office staff they always welcome with a smile. We never felt that we were away from home. The room was so comfortable and clean. One thing i most admired was the living space with the kitchen and washing machine. As i traveled with my kids that was such a game changer for me during the whole trip. We would definitely stay here if we come again 😊.

Probably one of the best apartments ever I have stayed in Asia!

Pros: Everything. The apartment is extremely clean, beautiful, well equipped, great view, has a good smell, very soft and comfortable bed. It was amazing.

Cons: The area is packed with middle eastern restaurants instead of thai restaurants.

Pros: All was up to expectation, great room facilities and space overall.

Beautiful and very comfortable apartments in a mostly Arab neighborhood.

Pros: Very nice apartment, great bed, big bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Waiting times for the elevator were sometimes long. Also, if you go here you should realize this area is predominantly muslim. So no alcohol available and not very much European choices for breakfast in the yemenite restaurant.

Pros: Location was convenient. Very clean and comfortable beds! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Quite small rooms. Don’t give you anything to clean dishes with.

Pros: مكان الفندق في شارع العرب وقريب من المحلات والمطاعم العربيه ، يوجد سوبرمارك كبير في نفس الفندق وبعض المحلات، الغرف واسعة وتنفع للعوائل
