Pros: Perfect. Everything was very clean and fresh. Couldn’t fault it. Highly recommend.

Pros: The cost of the hotel is very reasonable, the facilities onside the hotel are excellent, the wi fi is fine and the staff ate quite friendly. Buses are only 1 minute away by foot. Overall, above average for the price.

Cons: Fridge too small and no freezer.

An amazing stay at Roseate Bangkok Hotel

Pros: The room is really spacious, cold and clean.The bed is comfortable and huge.There's also a couch, water kettle, TV and a small fridge.I like the bathroom too.There's shampoo, liquid soap and enough tissue paper. There's a 7-11 very near the hotel. The owners are very helpful, kind and approachable. I told the owner that I just had a dental procedure so he carried my luggage from the 5th floor going down. I made a great decision to stay here while I was healing from my dental procedure.I was able to sleep well and I felt safe.

Cons: I like everything in this hotel but it would be better if there's a lift.The owner said that there'll be a lift after the renovation that will take place in a few years. I hope there are more sockets.

Great place.

Pros: The host was great. Room had the basic amenities. Not the best but can't complain much as well. Overall I had a good stay.

Pros: Firstly, the rooms seem to be newly refurbished, making them very clean and neat. I was shocked to find that, they looked even better and spacious in person from the provided pictures. This family owned hotel is run by very helpful couple who are always willing to assist you with anything you need. Please don’t judge the building these rooms are in. It’s an old building from the outside but the rooms themselves are really pristine, once you’re in! The bathroom is also as good as brand new, as well as the all the furniture! Many shops and restaurants are within a few meters distance. The main entertainment areas in Bangkok are a 10-15 minute ride away, depending on time of day, you decide to go out. I’d recommend that the owners kindly install a few more plug sockets in the room. They’d be 100% perfect then!

Cons: Not enough plug sockets within the room but that’s about it! Everything worked perfectly! The AC, fridge, shower etc! Note; this building doesn’t have a lift unfortunately. I wouldn’t recommend staying here with heavy bags unless you’re given a lower level room. Nothing major!

Nice room at a local neighbourhood
