One to remember

Pros: Everything. The location right next to the BTS. The beautiful ambience of the hotel and the staff were impeccable. The laid back , chilled vibe. Very accommodating and the view from our balcony was wonderful.

Cons: That we had to leave to catch our flight

Pros: The apartment was spacious ans clean and tidy. Also, all our requirments were served on time customer service were very friendly durilng our stay. Perfect for family with kids. Breakfast was delicious and dine-in room service was great

I would stay again for sure aslong as im not super depending on being close to the city center.

Pros: Staff and atmosphere was all you could wish for, super friendly clean and looks like taken out of a movie set, their french toast was to die for, omelet was also very good.

Cons: Breakfast was ok really nothing to complain about but also nothing to write home about if compared to the rather steep price of close to 800 baht per person. I tried several of their dishes. American breakfast had no bacon or fried potatoes, the Eggs benedict was watery (perhaps due to lack of vinegar when pouching it), the sausages were not very tastfull mostly filled with something that was not meat.

Very good accommodation experience, but the housekeeping needs to be improved, otherwise it does not meet the five-star

Pros: The room facilities are very complete, giving people a warm atmosphere of a small family

Cons: The housekeeping was not attentive enough. The shower gel was almost gone but was not replenished. The toilet was not cleaned properly. After dumping the garbage, the garbage was not put away neatly. The toilet paper was not replenished immediately. It was really disappointing.

Pros: Great location. Beautiful hotel spotlessly clean, room was huge and had everything you could possibly need. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

New nice apartment

Pros: Nice design, great staff, very good bed. The restaurant was very nice. They upgraded us free to a suite.

Cons: the room was very close to the elevated metro and the road, so very noisy, we slept with earplugs. We had a suite and yhe kitchen was separated from the bedroom by two passages. but only one could be closed, the window let in a lot of light. it would be enough to add the second door.
