Pros: Whilst not in the centre of everything, the hotel is easy to get to from the airport via rail link and then the BTS, which then also quickly enables you to get around the city very easily and cheaply. Rooms were a little tired in the main hotel but beautifully clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The pool is also lovely and offers great views around the city. Breakfast I also thought was excellent with a good choice and in a comfortable dining room. Having a self service launderette was also a very useful bonus.

Cons: Nothing. I’ve stayed there many times and will continue to do so as it offers excellent value for money.

Pros: Quiet place in bangkok perfect for relaxing 7/11 is close by, train is 5 minute walk perfect to go around. new rooms, perfect for holiday!

Pleasant stay with a rooftop pool!

Pros: Good breakfast and a coffee machine in the reception lobby. Also we received water bottles and new towels every day, appreciated it a lot.

Cons: It woudl be good to have electrical sockets near the bed.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Romance Hotel Sukhumvit 97 during my trip to Bangkok. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was super comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly (very important in Bangkok weather!). Housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile and assisted whenever I needed help. The location is also very convenient close to BTS, easy to travel around the city, and nearby shops and local food. Overall, it was a peaceful, safe, and comfortable stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next Bangkok trip! Highly recommended ❤️

Pros: All staff friendly and helpful. Close to BTS line and 7-11 shop

Cons: The hard wooden sunbeds. not enough sunbeds so laid a towell on the artificial grass

Pros: Great location, close to the BTS. The street had 711 just a few minutes walk. The room was massive and clean at all times.

Overall really good stay, felt safe, shops and restaurants located within short distances

Pros: @A2P: Two friends sharing a room, staff were friendly, everything was clean, shower worked well and room had a balcony which can get very hot due to the air conditioning being outside making it unbearable to sit however great sunsets. Rooftop has a swimming pool and area to chill however no bar etc. There is a gym, it was a good location and right next to a 7/11. There can be some traffic and a toll if you are going to airport. The breakfast was a decent mix of western and Thai food. We would stay again.

Cons: We stayed in the newer part of the building so can’t comment on what other parts of the building looked like.
