Pros: Awesome. In one word a dream hotel. Great ambience. Comfortable and spacious lobby rooms and staff are amazing. Chanachai in concierge helped with taxi and paid great attention us and Much appreciated. All staff kind n helpful and respectful and friendly. The best hotel I have ever ever stayed in n I’ve Been around the world several times. Highly recommended and I wish I lived there. Thank you so Much x

Pros: Amazing hotel with incredible facilities. Price is high but you definitely get your moneys worth from service to cleaning to food, everything is at the highest levels.

Pros: Location is perfect. Hotel rather new. Comfortable bed.

Cons: I was very very dissapointed from the reception staff. We knew, we will arrive early. 8.30 am. We called the hotel one day earlier to ask if early check in is possible and free. We got positive answer saying, if we book Suite, all possible and free. How big was my surprise when all was not this way you can imagine. Room was ready, but I was asked for extra 2/3 of the room price which I have refused. 5 star hotel .... wow .... ready room but high extra payment even we called the day earlier? Highway robbery ...... To sum up ..... they do not care, as many tourists coming every day. Next time I book Sheraton next door.
