Pros: The hotel very good location near BTS and MRT and big shopping center

Cons: Staff in the reception were not helpful when asking for help maybe too busy playing on phones or laptops to worry about service having to ask for something simple two or three times is not acceptable at this price range

Pros: Very good location, right at metro, parking included. Rooms very clean, staff was kind. Very good cafe right at the reception with wide breakfast and snacks selection.

Cons: Zero sound insulation from the street - there is a very busy intersection.

Cons: Little bit noisy from Main Street but thats Bangkok. So I won’t complain 🙂.

Pros: Close to BTS, malls and accommodation is good and daily room service is clean . The reception area seems warm or air conditioning not working.

Cons: The receptionist could be more friendly.
