Great location, great value

Pros: Great hotel, rooms comfy, clean. Note that there is 1000 baht deposit for the room. We absolutely loved the location.

Cons: It didn’t bother us but the area is busy so it’s more or less loud throughout the night (traffic, etc.).

Great value for money, location, and convenience.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, giving me free masks when the pollution in Bangkok got really bad. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My room was quiet as it was at the back of the hotel, with the window facing the adjacent building. No traffic noise which was surprising. Great value for money given the proximity to Terminal 21 shopping mall and the BTS Asok /MRT stations. It is a quick walk to Benchakitti Park as well. If you're looking for accommodation on the cheaper end but still close to everything this is an excellent option.

Cons: I couldn't open the window to air out the room but that is common around Bangkok from what I have experienced. If you have children, just be aware the hotel is in a side alley with massage places in front of it. The ladies sit out the front of the establishments but they don't bother you. One minor issue was the shower alternating between very hot or cold, hard to find the sweet spot for temperature.

Nice, clean, easy to reach BTS

Pros: Perfect location, clean, just steps away from BTS, and there is next to the hotel amazing Cafe with excellent coffee for good start of the mornings.

Cons: Include soap in the rooms. I needed to buy my soap. Behavior of reception staff upon arrival, male receptionist working night shift. I booked room with city view, got room overseeing wall of nearby building, 1.5-2 meters distance. After several attempts to complain and showing proof that I booked room with the view, receptionist was declining it. Only when I told him I will call booking to rebook me in another hotel he called his Manger. I was promised to move for next 4 nights out of 5 to new room. I tried to ask for discount for first evening as I did not got what I paid, and simply no one wanted to discuss it with me. So attitude should be better towards paying customers!!!
