Pros: budgeted place to stay. nothing is special clever using half balcony to become a bathroom better to keep the mirror in the room I suggest.

Cons: plastic cover on the mattress must be removed to sleep comfortable.

Pros: This is a thai local building and they rent the bedrooms to turists. It was spacious and it had a pretty nice balcony. Really close to the metro and at least three big 7-eleven. You can also see how the thai people live and interact with them

Cons: It was a little farway from everything turisty but with the subway it’s easy to move around

Pros: Bright, spacious and fresh room, air-conditioning and fan, not perfect, but everything's fine. We loved the location and the neighbours, very recommended if you want to experience a real Bangkok lifestyle

Pros: All..!! Lift to go up, Room pretty large, small balcony. Not hot water but no need with the hot temperatures in Bangkok. Good staff..

Pros: particularly hotel staff lady shaheen and local guy. helpfully, staff and location are not tourist areas, but it's ok peaceful and quite good night stayed .

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The balcony was great and the AC worked perfectly.

Cons: It’s in a residential area so there’s no much going around it but the blue metro line it’s near by.

Pros: It's got everything you need for such a small price. The hosts are super nice and had plenty of support from them. They even got us a extention when we asked. There is a nice restaurant and laundry on the ground level. And street food available closeby. I'd recommend anyone to spend their first day here as it gives exposure to the true life style of Thai people. As its not right at the touristic hot-spot.

Cons: It's a bit far from the main attractions but then I take this as a good factor. Most drivers found it hard to find the place as it's a bit inside from the main road.

A place best for solo traveler.

Pros: I like the simplicity of the place, the quietness of the neighborhood, and my room was a bit spacious. Airconditioning is excellent, the water supply is okay, and there is one extra balconynif you want to do vaping. But I dont do vaping. I think that those who like that will see it beneficial.

Cons: The location is a bit of struggle for Grab car access, but because it is near a train station it is still a plus. Grab win or ride for solo traveler is okay.

Hing was

Pros: I had a private room with a private bathroom for 17 usd two nights. I really needed my space at the moment but can't pay a lot, so it was great. The building and facilities are very basic. But everything works. A/c was great, shower too. I don't like very soft beds, so the bed was perfect for me. People who stayed in the same buiding were not very noisy, so I slept like a piece of wood :)
