Teja Hotel

Overall the hotel was nice with good apartments and everything we needed in it. It’s not too modern but it’s very clean

Pros: Spacious hotel rooms that are more like apartments. It was perfect for a group of 4. The staff is very friendly and helpful if needed.

Cons: The property is a bit far away from everything. You have to take a car to move.

No Window

Pros: Comfortable bed, large room, very friendly staff, free shuttle bus Nana BTS station

Cons: We didn't realise that the basic room we booked had no window and a very low ceiling, it was extremely claustrophobic, this was not made clear on Booking. Eventually they agreed to offer an upgrade to a room with a window for no extra charge. After the initial disappointment we were very happy with how the staff resolved the issue.

Would stay again

Pros: Pool area was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: My room was very run down, although clean, was very tired.

Teja - Pool side apartment

Pros: The pool side town house apartments are the best. They are on three levels. Gr floor kitchen, bathroom and lounge, 1st floor bedroom and 2nd floor bed with ensuite. Much better than the main building room we first had on the 12th floor which btw was also good. The location is nice. You get fresh towels and water everyday along with cleaning. The water in the pool is a bit cold but once u get in and start swimming it's fine.

Cons: Only thing I would say is that the main building casts a shadow on the pool all day, so I mean I can still get sun in the morning and after 3pm but you have to time it

Beautiful place needs a little make over

Pros: The staff were exceptional brilliant caring and lovely. The room is huge and comfortable. Beds are fantastic and comfortable Views from our floor were breathtaking Cleaning staff would leave necessities at the door if we had do not disturb The free shuttle from hotel to the local area Free bottled water daily

Cons: The chemical smell coming from room ensuite was sometimes unbearable. The second bathroom shower was very slow to drain. The air conditioning was so loud at times in the lounge I struggled to sleep

Nice hotel, clean and good value for money

Pros: Room was large and clean with a large double bed, nice little pool and Gym, staff were friendly and very helpful. Small launderette on site.

Amazing wonderful

Pros: The villa was great such nice view, mon the lady working there was the best ! She helped us a lot we accidentally left a phone there and she came all the way to krabi to deliver it to us ,we couldn't thank her enough for her amazing service:), if we ever travel to phuket again we're definitely staying at this villa again

Pros: The apartment is spacious and we loved the pool the staff is very nice especially the girls at reception ❤️

Pleasant Stay

Pros: It was very spacious, clean and had all the facilities required. An added bonus the laundry facilities and the shuttle service. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Pros: Good swimming pool. Everything work so well in this hotel. They have even free van deliver for Nana sky train.
