At Home Guest House

Pros: Close by Khao San Road without the noise. Air conditioning worked well. Pillow was super comfy too. The staff were welcoming. Good value for money. Basic comfortable room in a good location.

Cons: Just be aware you need to walk up the stairs, there is no lift.

I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again with hopefully the same room as it had wonderful views.

Pros: Very clean rooms, staff very friendly and location perfect.

Cons: Just a tad noisy from the outside busy streets, but that was expected given its proximity

The place to be to party and relax around khao san road

Pros: The place is fantastic for party on at khao san road and catch a good sleep after. It's tempting to go with the flow. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has good value as well. It's a great khao san experience and other guests were great too.

Cons: As I previously stayed in Ratchadewi, where you got this boat and two metro lines, at this place its more of a but hop on and off thing what's next to it. Still if you go down south the blue metro is reachable by foot, but it's too tempting to just stay and party on 😅

Good guest house for that price in somewhat rundown location

Pros: The guesthouse has a spacious reception area with plenty of seating. The staff was quite friendly; they carried my large, heavy bag up to the third floor. The interior is well-maintained, bright, and welcoming, as was the west-facing room with its three windows. The bed and mattress were in good condition, the lighting worked, and everything in the bathroom was fine. The shower only provided very warm water. All in all a good guest house for the price.

Cons: The location is cramped and somewhat run-down.

Pros: Great location. - in a quiet lane but just steps away from restaurants, bars, shops. Clean rooms with fridge, friendly staff. Inexpensive and good breakfast. And also the room prices are modest! Highly recommended.

Pros: My room was quite noisy due to being next door to the showers. They moved me with no problems… have stayed here many times now. Always good
