Bangkok Neighborhouse

Pros: It was quiet (except some cats sometimes, but not too bad). Clean, AC was good, bed was comfy. The room was a little small, but it was appropriate for the price.

The stay was lovely! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice.

Pros: Very beautiful small hotel/hostel in Bangkok old town. Location is great, Grand Palace and Wat Pho as well as the night markets around Khao San road easily accessible by foot. Very safe and walkable neighborhood, even at night. Some reviews stated the surroundings being noisy at night and noise carrying over from Khao San. We didn’t notice anything like that during our stay. The hosts were lovely, the property is being kept in great shape.

Cons: There is no housekeeping during the stay, but we didn’t mind it.

Pros: In a great central location, the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the staff were great!

Calm space in a super central location

Pros: Super nice host, that has created this beautiful and calm space only 5-10 walking minutes from Khao San Road (party street). I was offered a towel to take a shower prior to check-in and took a nap in the lobby, which I was super super grateful about after a long trip. The accommodation was perfectly clean and the room was perfectly sized for a solo traveller.

Cons: The shower was a little cold, but then again I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to regulate the heat through the water heater myself. So this could be on me. I personally found the beds a little too hard, but that’s personal preference.

Pros: Lovely guest house, in a great location for the temples and the Grand Palace, as well as being right near Khao San Road. It's a peaceful haven from the bustle of Bangkok. The bed was pretty comfortable too.

Cons: A bit tricky to find but the directions helped. As seems to be the case with a lot of accommodation in Thailand, the electric sockets are halfway up the wall or right near the ceiling, which is tricky if you want to charge devices.

Calm and comfortable place in the centre of Bangkok

Pros: It's a beautiful house, well located and very comfortable. Number 10 to the staff, François and Meen that helped me with everything I needed, they changed me the room when I had an issue and received my backpack that was lost by the airplane company and storaged for me while I was travelling a round Thailand. Super recommended place to stay in Bangkok. Besides being in the city centre, it is super calm.

Cons: There is no separation of shower and the rest of the bathroom
