Incredible stay! Recommend 100%

Pros: Staff were so friendly. The reception lady and the boy who was at the coffee shop were amazing. Also huge thanks to the owner who was always in touch with us to provide all the information we asked. They even care about all the little detail. We had a great stay . Place was near to night markets spas and many more. We enjoyed so much. People were so nice and place was so cool , Clean and well organised felt homely vibes!

Cons: Just the sound outside was unbearable but it has nothing to do with the property. They provided earbuds. There is a warehouse and Workers are working day night.

The best stay in bangkok great location

Pros: We had such a lovely stay, we arrived late but accessing the building was simple. We were supplied with limitless water everyday which was such a lovely touch. The outside area is a nice place to chill and have some dinner from the shop. The hotel also had a connecting coffee shop which was so lovely. The lady who welcomed us was so sweet. The beds were so comfy and we loved our stay!

Pros: Located near Khao San road, but not noisy at all. Place is secure in the evenings. Late check in was very easy, owner is very accomodating. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Has a cafe to have morning coffee, and 7-Eleven a couple doors down for convenience. Has no train stations nearby eo be prepared to walk.

Pros: Excellent apartments for the price. Most importantly, everything was very clean, and the location is very convenient for exploring Bangkok. The inner courtyard feels like a safe and peaceful oasis — a perfect place to escape the city noise and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The host showed exceptional care: we only asked if we could leave our luggage before check-in, and when we arrived around 10:00, the room was already prepared for us. Highly recommended!
