Nice and cheap, coming back!

Pros: Stayed there for 8 days, really good place nice people working and it’s near khaosan but you don’t have the noise of all that bars around there, absolutely perfect for that price

Cons: Nothing, for this price is perfect if you are expecting something more than a Bedroom with A/C in khaosan, look for other places

Great place to stay and great value

Pros: The lady at reception was so sweet and helpful. The room is what you need. A bed, air con and a shower. The location is just off of a busy street so it is ideal as it is quiet.

Nice short stay

Pros: The room is very simple, but in Bangkok you are always on the road, you just need such a simple room to sleep. Perfect with air condition! Very near to khaosan road, but not too noisy. The bathroom on the floor was very clean and the staff was sooo friendly 💜

Cons: Not the cleanest place but hey it's cheap.

Pros: It is a good value money. Water refill at 3 steps from the hotel, smoking area at each floor, clean, there is someone at the check-in/out desk 24h a day. Very silent from the party area meanwhile it is at 3min walk to koasan by exemple and many facilities and restaurants there too.

Cons: The Internet at that time was up and down.

I have returned for a further stay.

Pros: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location just a stone throw from khoasan road but behind a row of buildings so you don’t hear the music.

Pros: It has everything you're looking for, very close to Kohasan road, but still very quiet rooms, staff are fantastic, would do anything to help, highly recommend
