Pros: Good location, clean, basic, good value for the price

Clean and to the point, perfect location right alongside Silom.

Pros: It looked new and was super clean and location is great.

Cons: There’s no elevator, rooms are barebones (which is fine for the price). Didn’t know I had to put a deposit down in cash until I was there, so I had to run around a bit to find an ATM.

Fantastic, would stay again!

Pros: - Love the location: proximity to Sam Yam bts station. I chose it for the proximity to Samyam Mitrtown as I was studying there for a week. - Free bottled water up for grabs, same for banana and snacks at lobby - relatively quiet room: I got a room away from the traffic. While I could hear people passing through when I’m near the door, it’s not such a big problem and I’ve never been woken up by noises made by other guests. - microwave and dining area at the back, as well as nice area to chill with beanbags at second floor. - laundry was picked up at 6pm and returned at 6pm following day. Charged by weight, affordable

Cons: - no lift, it’s not a big deal for me but for older guests or guests with mobility issues, it might be challenging. - nearest convenience mart wasn’t in the same steet. Maybe I’m spoilt. But grabmart is convenient so no big issue. - there’s a shady area with a row of ktv pubs around 5-10 mins away. I tried to take a shortcut from Sala Daeng station and walked through that street. People left me alone as I was a lone female but I saw some guys being touted for massages and drinks Maybe a plus if you’re into nightlife

Pros: Feels like at home, this place is more than hotel. I feel like this is like a guest house with excellent and warm service.

Cons: There is no lift:)

Pros: I like the space, wide, clean and organized. There is a mini bar with heater water even in a standard room not in the Delux type room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the laundry service only150 baht per kg. Comfortable bed, very soft bedcover. Big bathtub for deluxe. Window both in Deluxe and standard room. The shared room space, there is an oven we use, we can borrow plates and the mini library at the front of the guest house.

Cons: I would love to suggest that the receptionist could ask if we need cleaning tools like teeth brush also don't forget to put the floor towel every time after making up the room.

Pros: - very clean space and room; - the rooms are renovated and new; - the hotel is a walking distance from Lumpini Park; - there was an iron and ironing board in the common area, which was very helpful (although iron was little weak); - overall great place to stay.

Cons: Overall, the bathroom was sparkling clean and great! I have only one small remark regarding shower curtain, which was dirty

New hotel, Friendly personnel and Great location!

Pros: The hotel staff is amazing they made me feel at home. I totally recommend, I would come back. The location is very convenient; in the center of the city and close to public transportation which make very easy to go anywhere. The hotel is new and very clean; my room was perfect every day. Although the room did not come with breakfast; coffee, tea, bread, banana and delicious sweets are served in the morning, and cold-water bottles are offered too. I really appreciated the small gestures. Great experience!

Excellent stay

Pros: Honestly speaking we didn't really expect much out of this one as we just wanted a place near Chamchuri square to stay for a night. But the whole stay turned out greater than we expected. A clean place at very reasonable price, very helpful staffs. We had everything we needed for a night. The room didnt come with breakfast but coffee and banana were served in the morning. We really appreciated a small gesture. Keep up the good work!

A quiet hotel in the bustling Silom

Pros: - The unlimited supply of bottled water provided in lobby. - The proximity to MRT & BTS stations, malls, restaurants, and park etc.

Cons: - No elevator. - The temperature in our room; only one AC facing directly towards the bed, while other areas in the room is hot.

Pros: Squirrel House was an excellent place to stay, and the staff were very friendly and lovely and clean. We loved our stay.
