Thailand 🇹🇭

Family weekend trip to the river attractions.

Pros: Simple but lovely guest house for a weekend away trip within easy walking distance of Asiatique. Clean rooms. Friendly staff Good WiFi if needed. 7/11 over the road. All in all great value for the money for a base to stay to see the sights along the river. Would recommend

Cons: Nothing. It did exactly what it said on the can.

Pros: Excellent location a few minutes walk from Asiatique with some good restaurants very close. Spacious triple, large bed. Fridge very welcome. Helpful people who managed to understand although little English. Aircon stopped working in the first room but was immediately changed to another so very responsive. Looked after luggage.

Cons: Bed too firm for me but suited my friend so its personal preference.

Pros: The location is very good, so convenient. The Wat Rachsingkon pier is 5mins from the guesthouse where you can take the river taxi/bus to town. It's also 5mins walk from Asiatique. There are plenty good restaurants nearby, Chinese, Indian, western etc. There's a 7Eleven right across the street.

I had a great time and would stay again.

Pros: The location is a bit far from downtown, but it's right by the last stop of the Chao Phraya Express Boats, on the super convenient bus lines #1 and #15, and very close to Asiatique, a popular tourist destination. Lots of nice eateries, food courts, and street food nearby. The 7-11 is across the street, accessible by a pedestrian overpass. The staff are friendly.

Cons: There was a bit of remodeling work going on at the time, which could be a little inconvenient at times, but that's a good thing overall. It took a bit of effort to get out here (Airport Rail Link, MRT, then bus), but once settled in, it was a great location.
