Pros: We loved the hotel — the location is excellent and the staff are incredibly kind and always willing to help. The only area that could be improved, especially considering the price, is the gym equipment, which would benefit from an update.

An impressively comfortable, perfectly positioned riverside property

Pros: We loved this hotel. It's perfectly located by the river and within easy reach of the ferry services, and with its own shuttle too - an essential in busy buzzy Bangkok. We had several days to enjoy the city, but also to relax by the excellent pool, and when we didn't feel like venturing out the food in the Hotel was excellent too. We opted for a river view room on the 13th floor. it was comfortable and quiet. The staff were superb.

Pros: Perfect location and very convenient hotel boats for getting around! The room was spacious and extremely clean. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge variety of options. Highly recommended!”

Cons: The only downside for my husband and me was the softness of the mattresses, but this is a personal preference.
